All Subcontractors, MWBE/LDB Subcontractors and material men who conduct business, perform subcontract work, and sell/supply materials for construction work in Osceola County, Florida .
You are advised that THE SCHOOL BOARD OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA is soliciting contractor’s bids for all work related to the Project known as “Highlands Elementary School – Phase I, Phase II & Phase III”.
The School Board will open the bids for Phase I (site work) on May 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m and for Phases II & III on June 8, 2010 at 2:00pm.
All interested firms, who wish to obtain information on this Project or review the plans, specifications and other Contract Documents and/or who wish to provide a sub-bid and/or materials quote for said Project, should contact:

There will be a Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk-Thru on May 7, 2010, beginning at 3:30 pm at the front of the Highlands Elementary School Administration Building, 800 W. Donegan Avenue, Kissimmee, FL 34741. Phase II & III Pre-Bid Walk-Thru will be held at 3:30pm on May 19, 2010 in the same location.
All interested firms expressly understand that the Project will be in strict compliance with The School Board of Osceola County’s Jessica Lunsford Act guidelines.
