These FREE Senior Survival Workshop offer seniors and their families important information about:
Steps they can take to protect their assets and families from the astronomical cost of nursing home care. Session will discuss the nuts and bolts of Medicaid benefits and veterans benefits for long-term care.
How assets may be preserved even if a family member is already in a nursing home.
The difference between wills and trusts and the advantages/disadvantages of each. Why a living trust can be desirable even if you are not concerned with estate taxes.
Steps that may be taken so that if you become disabled, you can avoid guardianship and make sure someone you know and trust will be able to make your medical, business and personal decisions.
Steps that may be taken to protect children from prior marriages.
